All of our prints are manufactured and shipped through a third party company and are unable to be picked up locally.

Due to the fragile nature of artwork we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges after purchase. While we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have left our possession, if you encounter issues with your order please contact us immediately.

The studio is not open to the public daily, though customers are able to pick up artwork during scheduled times. Please email us at contact@whereisfrances.com if you’re interested in scheduling a studio visit!
We also host open studio and paint ‘n sip events a few times a year. Subscribe to the newsletter below to stay up to date with all events! Next open studio will be held on November 18th, 2023 from 2:00pm-4:00pm at 485 N. Hollywood St. Memphis, TN 38112.

Original artwork ships via UPS ground within 14 days of purchase depending on order volume. Please note: all orders receive a certificate of authenticity and are insured for the total value. If you’d like to request a signature upon delivery please contact us via email as soon as possible.

Yes! Whether you have an original idea you want brought to life, or you’re interested in one of Frances’ signature styles, most anything is possible. Prices vary by style and size, and are accepted under Frances’ discretion. Visit the ‘CUSTOM WORK’ tab for process, pricing, and inquiries.

Indeed, we do! A 20% non-refundable deposit is collected up front to solidify all commissions. Turn around time is set at 6-8 weeks, though at times are completed sooner. Payments may be submitted at any time during the commission process. Artwork is not shipped until final payment is received.

Yes and no… While each piece of artwork Frances makes is unique and original, if there is a style you love that has sold a similar recreation is typically possible. Please email us with any questions.

We do not offer custom framing, but there are many local shops in Memphis who have done an incredible job with countless pieces of Frances’ work. Check out Garner Framing Co, 1910 Frame Works, Frame Corner, and Rando Frame to name a few. If you’re located out of state you may have custom framing shops in your area, too!

Acrylic paint, paint markers, charcoal and oil pastels are the primary materials used in Frances’s artwork. She works on a variety of mediums such as paper, canvas and wood panels… all the way to ceilings, walls, floors and more.

No, unfortunately all print orders will arrive separately from any original pieces purchased in the same order. You will receive a tracking number for each order as it ships!
